Destination Planning
Most couples who decide to get married in the beautiful Rocky Mountains don't live here. We make it easy and straight forward with top of the line software for you to plan your floral design from the comfort of your sofa.
Small Business Lifestyle
We are a small but mighty team. Not only do we design and create each event, but we also are the ones answering the phones, replying to emails, creating daily orders, running deliveries, and managing our retail storefront. We love what we do, and hope you do too!
Full Service Floral Design
Choosing to have full service for your floral design includes the cost of floral, vase/vessel rental, candle rental & arch rentals, linens if requested, delivery, set up & tear down. Your package will also include our percentage based delivery, logistics, design & labor fee.
Each full service package comes with a custom design for each couple. Colors, flowers, specific items and designs will be tailored to the couples style and budget. Our lead designers will reach out for your inspiration, talk through the floral items that you might want at your wedding and then create a one-of-a-kind proposal just for you. We can either bid out the biggest and best version of what your inspiration reflects, or we can tailor it to fit your budget.
In order to ensure full dedication of our team and resources, we will only be accepting 1 full service event per weekend.

Investment
2025 Peak Season | May - October:
Couples that would like one floral item for each partner, have a bridal party, would like ceremony floral, cocktail hour floral & reception floral need to prepare for a minimum investment of $8,000.
Couples that would like one floral item for each partner, ceremony floral & reception floral need to prepare for a minimum investment of $6,000.
2025 + 2026 Off-Peak Season | November - April:
Investment for custom floral design begins at $2,000.
Due to our small team, we are only able to service Grand County, Colorado at this time.

We are booked out in 2025 for the following dates:

We are not accepting events during the following dates due to holiday orders or dates we are scheduled to be out of town.

Our peak season is May-October.
Beginning 2025: Minimum investment for floral for events during this time is $8,000. We will only be accepting 1 event per weekend.
At this time, to better serve our full service clients, Elopement or DIY options are not available.

Our off-peak season is November - April. Minimum investment for floral for an event taking place during this time is $2,000.
Elopement and DIY packages will be considered.
Our event coordinators will respond within 2 weeks (Wednesday - Saturday) with a few basic questions to get the ball rolling. If you do not see their reply, please be sure to check your spam folder. We have found that many times our response has gotten pushed there instead of your main inbox.
Your patience is very appreciated during the height of our busy season (June - Mid October) We are often away from the desk and in the workshop creating for our beautiful couples & everyday orders in our retail storefront.
*Events are booked based on submission of retainer fee/first-come-first-serve. We cannot guarantee that a weekend will be available for you weeks or months after you first contacted us if a retainer fee has not be submitted on your behalf.
